No application is complete without speaking to our tenant services intake coordinator.

Before you begin the application please read the following:

• Income Amount: Include your monthly income under Financial Information. 
• DO NOT upload any financial documents when creating a new application. 
• Asset Information Ex: Include Stocks, cash savings balance, RRSPS Etc.
• Minimum 2 previous landlords and or three references are required to complete the application, family is not permitted. If unable to provide any previous landlord information, it is mandatory to complete Renting it Right before your application is completed. • Declaration & Consent pages Must Be Signed before the application can be sent for review.
